Payment:
Eclectic Kits uses PayPal's credit card service. You do not need to have a PayPal account and your credit card will be charged immediately and safely. When you click the "Order This Kit in Our Boutique" button, you will be sent to PayPal's web site to complete the transaction. Your web browser may warn you that parts of the page are not secure. This applies only to the Eclectic Kits logo; the payment area is secure.

Shipping:
When ordering, be sure to select your location (Norway, Europe or Worldwide) before clicking the "Order This Kit in Our Boutique" button. This will add the appropriate shipping cost to your order. If we receive an order with a shipping location that doesn't match your actual shipping address, we will notify you of the error and request additional payment for shipping (or refund your order if you prefer).

Your kit will be mailed via the Norwegian mail service's A-Priority “dagligbrevservice” within three days from the time we receive your order, unless otherwise noted.

Returns:
If you regret your purchase and want to return your kit, naturally it needs to be in new condition. Each box will contain a "Right to Regret" form (in Norwegian) which you will need to fill in and return with your kit. You will be responsible for the return postage.

Flaws:
If there should be something wrong with your kit, we ask that you send us an e-mail so that we may correct the problem as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy:
Our privacy policy is simple: we will never give your personal information to others, and you will receive no unwanted/unnecessary e-mail from us. However, please be aware that if you choose to display your e-mail address in the Gallery, your address may be picked up by others. Consider using "name at domain dot com" instead of "name@domain.com".
